Return and Exchange Policy

  • For all (subsequent) underwear purchases, returns are accepted within 35 days of purchase.
  • Please make sure to check SIZE CHART carefully before order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging. As soon as we receive your email, we will process your exchange or refund request. Please note that shipping and processing charges is not refundable.
  • For all exchanges and refunds, please contact us before sending anything back, email aPure with your order number or proof of purchase.
  • If the item was purchased on Amazon.com, please follow Amazon’s Policy and make the request on Amazon.com 
  • Retail returns and exchanges are handled in-store only.
  • Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 15-30 days of receiving your return. aPure cannot refund your order to a different method of payment or card. If you have a new credit card, but the original account remains active, the refund will process back to your account. If the account is closed, we are able to provide you with a site credit to use on a future purchase. All refunds reflect the savings according to the number of bras remaining in your purchase
  • Shipping fees of the return is at buyer’s cost and will not be refunded
